With over 15 years of corporate and academic experience, Founder & CEO Kecia Patton has dedicated her career to helping businesses and entrepreneurs achieve their goals while making a positive impact on the world. Kecia’s diverse professional background includes strategic roles in the automotive, investment banking, consumer goods, and pharmaceutical industries, both in the U.S. and internationally. With hands-on experience in strategic planning, project management, financial analysis, and brand marketing across Fortune 500 companies and mid to small businesses.

Additionally, Kecia is actively involved with various non-profit boards and participates as a speaker and panelist, sharing insights on enterprise best practices, executive coaching, and inclusive leadership.
